So I was looking over my site and I thought to myself...why do I have these people in my top 15, there are many reasons that I love all of you so I figured that I would share some of them with you.

Can you dig it?

Heather - this one is hopefully obvious. She is my wife, and the mother of my children. We have been a couple for an amazing 9 years and married 7 of those, I was thinking about that the other day, crazy. There are many stories to tell, you guys just can't hear them. If you know what I mean, nudge, nudge, wink, wink...say no more.

Garrett - I have known Garrett longer than anyone in my life, short of my family of course. He is the brother that I never had and with him it is easy to fall right back into it..."it" is anything you want it to be. He has stories of me that, what am I saying, Garrett has the worst memory of anyone. I have had to remind him of how his first kiss went. Who forgets that...Garrett did.

Jake - Jake and I met at ... um ... an adult continuing education class .. yeah, that's it. Jake is the coolest guy you could meet and he rivals that top spot of the most intelligent person I have ever met. I have trusted my life with him many times and look forward to doing it many more.

Tim - You can learn a lot about someone being stuck in a van with them for three months. Those ears that everyone needs and are always there, this is your guy. He is an awesome dad and loves his son Tommy.

Sean - I met Sean in the ninth grade in Mr. Issac's English class, you would not believe me if I told you how skinny he was. We were roommates for four years if that gives you any indication of what a loyal friend he is.

Maureen - She used to be known as Sean's wife, now she is Mo. I am painfully jealous of the treats she can make. And she has been discovered as a fantastic mommy.

Jason - The fourth roommate :( that never was. Jason came into my life as a skinny, gold belt, sheik hat wearing crazy man. Ever since he has been dueling for that most intelligent spot. I miss our talks at Moe's.

Stephanie - I was sitting here trying to remember Steph's maiden name and I am at a loss. She has merged with Jason so freely. Thus far the most talented musician that I have ever met. And if she smiles at you and you don't return it, well something is wrong with you...she is infectious.

Jeremy - A roommate of mine for five years...crazy I know. I remember a conversation with Jer on a bus to a race and he was talking about his trip to Italy and how he and Kelly were an awesome pair. Awesome to have a friend that will tell you like it is, without hesitation.

Andy - Heather's brother. Here is a man that is not afraid. He is on a quest to find what will be most fulfilling to him and it is a most honest quest. It makes me jealous. He has the strongest faith, more than I have ever seen in anyone. I truly admire him.

Valerie - My sister. We have so much in common and are soooo different it is creepy. But we have always been there for each other no matter how annoying the other one is, and I love her.

Rik - My brother in law...The more time I spend with him the more cooler he gets...does that make sense? you know what I mean.

Sarah - Steph's sister...Another person that I admire...and actually used as an example...she doesn't know it but I did. She is in G-ville in law school...hmmm does that sound like someone I know?

Sarah - This is by far one of the coolest girls I know...Sarah is married to Jake. That whole smartest person thing she is constantly pushing people out of the way. And she always seems to be there when I am going through some major life change. It is awesome, but weird at the same time since we don't really talk that much except for those times in my life.

Kris - What do you say about someone who loves everybody? Kris is an incredible friend, I am his by default...he is Heather's friend from college.



Alright there you have it the top sixteen friends and a little insight as to why they are there. I love you all and I hope Christmas was a happy time for everyone.

**disclaimer** I love all of my friends and if you are not in the top fifteen it doesn't mean that I love you less. It just means that I can't have all of my friends on my page...it would just be anarchy.
